It goes without saying that the current coronavirus pandemic is causing huge issues for businesses and homeowners alike in the UK. At Installsure, we are fully aware of the fear and uncertainty that is surrounding the current crisis with the situation changing day by day.

Of course, it’s alarming for a lot of people – and unfortunately, there’s no telling how much worse things are likely to get or how long the pandemic is likely to run for. Nevertheless, at Installsure, we are as committed as ever to continuing to provide support to clients and our policyholders to the highest levels that we can, even in the face of challenging conditions. We want our clients to know that we are doing our best to stand behind them in the face of the adversity that the present climate may bring.

With this in mind, we are operating as normal and will continue to maintain our service to both businesses and homeowners who may have questions relating to claims or the range of insurance services we provide. Do however bear in mind that given the added pressures currently being experienced, response times to calls may be a little slower than we would ideally like to provide – with this in mind, if you are not able to get through, please do leave a message and we will get back to you.

Alternatively, you may find it easier to simply drop us a quick email with your query. That way, we can ensure that we are able to structure a clear and accurate response to any questions you might have for us.

Again, we want to reiterate that we are here to assist and help out as ever – we just ask for a small measure of patience as we all look to accommodate the challenges that these unprecedented times present to us.
