Under UK law (Section 75, Consumer Credit Act 1974), purchases between £100 and £30,000 made with a credit card are covered by the card provider. This means your Insurance-Backed Guarantee (IBG) does not apply.

Homeowner Policy Claim

Please note – GGFi/Installsure certificate numbers are normally 6 or 7 digits long and start with a 'G'. If your installation is a FENSA-certified installation, the certificate number of any active policy in place will be the same as the FENSA certificate number.
